I started my first business at 21, while still in university—driven by big dreams, a strong vision, devotion, and the relentless energy of a high achiever. I took on every obstacle and carried the weight of responsibility without hesitation.

Over the years, I created multiple projects and companies. I also led ventures for other companies as a General Manager and Director. I opened several outlets—some of which were successful, while others I had to close. My work spanned offline and online realms: gastronomy, education, art, tech—you name it. I’m deeply grateful for the experience.

It’s been a wild and enriching journey—full of bold moves, wins, losses, mistakes, and massive lessons.

But something lingered all along: a gnawing feeling that the world of business, as it stands, is deeply flawed. I kept questioning it. And myself. Was it just me? Or is the system itself broken?

The constant pressure for endless performance. Exponential growth, forever. KPIs, metrics, and the worship of hours worked. The deeper I went, the more soul-sucking it felt.

That’s not just a feeling. It’s a warning sign.

This kind of environment is toxic, especially for soulful, meaningful projects. They require something entirely different: softer conditions, intuitive pacing, heart-first leadership. The traditional system doesn’t just fail these projects. It crushes their potential. And often, it burns out the very founders who carry their vision.

For a long time, I thought about creating a space where soulful founders could gather, thrive, and grow in a new way. I was drawn to communities where different approaches were welcome. One day, I even wanted to build my own. It didn’t happen then, but the spark stayed.

Now, I feel it clearly: a new era has begun.
